Watching them kiss while both were inside him... Anders groans and doesn't quite know how to respond in a way that fits the scenario. He also can't fight a thrust into Nate's hand that's a little demanding despite how he's trying to be the obedient servant. He's so close, being filled so well, imagining Zevran as well, surrendering to Nate, the hand, all of it, and his breath is shuddery as he continues riding Nate. Somehow he needs to keep himself under control, because he can't imagine a lord using a servant and being fine with the servant getting there first, and because he likes the challenge too.

"My likes are what my lord likes. I could imagine my lord enjoying the kiss while both of you find your pleasure in me." They'd been beautiful kissing each other. "And it would truly be a sign of how much I yield to my lord if he holds me open while another joins him in taking me."

Anders wants to give in completely, and if he didn't trust Nate (and Zevran) as much as he does this would be terrifying. Instead he's turned on and carefully speeding up the way he's riding Nate.
